10 Years Later: Confronting Her Body

Caitlin stood there watching three women walking and laughing together. She had no idea who two of the women were, but she knew exactly who the one on the right was.

It was her.

The body walking along in a bikini top, laughing away, was her body, a body she had not had for nearly ten years.

As her body got closer, it walked straight past her without noticing.

Why would it?

She was no longer in the body of the person who now occupied hers. She was in the body of a Hospital employee who had been in the hospital where she had spent all that time.

Caitlin had been driving home from work on that fateful day when she saw a car crash in front of her. Of course, she stopped and tried to help the driver, a young 22 year old man called Robert. But as she pulled his unconscious body from the wreckage, everything went blank.

She did not regain consciousness until she found herself in the body of 57 year old hospital administrator Gary Anderson.

She shocked as she looked down at the body of the young man she had pulled from the car.

She then discovered that nearly ten years had passed since the crash.

After days of confusion, she realised she had somehow swapped bodies with Robert that day of the crash and had spent all that time in a coma until in his body until, somehow, swapping again with Gary.

It took her a long time to accept what had happened.

She had lost so much of her life, and while she had been trapped in the body of a 57 year old man, somebody else had been living her life all that time.

Now, as she watched her body disappear into the distance, she knew she had to Robert the person who had been inside her body all that time living her life.

She followed her body to a hotel and watched it meet several people at the entrance before heading inside.

She lost sight of Robert as he entered the hotel, but eventually spotted him again in a private function room.

She tried to enter but was denied access.

She did not give up, however, and managed to slip inside while security was distracted.

She finally saw her former self standing across the room.

She tapped Robert on the shoulder.

As her body spun around, Caitlin could not help but notice her own familiar figure she was distracted by her boobs before her.

Her body smiled and spoke.

“Hi! Are you one of the people from the magazine? Nice to meet you. I’m Caitlin.”

She held out a hand, but Caitlin did not shake it. Instead, she stepped back before quickly walking away.

Hearing Robert use her name and seeing the way he acted, for a moment she doubted herself. Was it really Robert in her body?

Then panic started to creep in as she watched her body chatting naturally with people at the event while she stood outside.

She then noticed a copy of a magazine on a nearby table.

She picked it up, and spread across two pages were photographs of herself dressed in different outfits.

She had no idea she had become a famous model.

She sat down, feeling completely confused, who was really inside her body.

As she calmed down and got back to her feet, however, everyone had already left the function room.

She knew that if she stayed around the hotel long enough, she would eventually spot her body again.

If it wasn’t Robert… then who was it?
