If you had told Leonard that one day he would be sitting on a beach taking a selfie with the woman of his dreams, he would have laughed in your face.
After the Great Shift put him in his mother Monica’s body, he was devastated. To him, life was over. But slowly, over time, he adjusted and learned to live with it.
Then he met Helen.
She was like him, but instead of being a son trapped in his mother’s body, she was a daughter stuck in her mother’s body. They met at a support group and really hit it off.
She had done so much for him. She had taught him how to act like a woman, dress like a woman, and, most importantly, how to enjoy his new body.
It had been strange the first time they were intimate they were both so scared they had not expected this to happen, but she had made him feel completely relaxed. She was amazing, and he was not planning on letting her slip away.
As he got down on one knee and proposed, his heart raced.
“Yes, yes, yes!” said Helen as she took the ring and slipped it onto her finger.
The two embraced as people nearby began to clap and cheer for them.
They could not wait to plan their wedding and build a life together.
