Just married, Jake and his new wife, Stacey, entered the room to celebrate. It did not take long for the two newlyweds to decide to consummate their marriage. But just as things were getting started, both Jake and Stacey suddenly went glassy eyed. When they returned to normal, they both looked down at their bodies.
“This is not correct where are we ? who are we ? !” Said Amber as she looked down at her new body she was wearing a black suit.
“Oh my look at that, it’s huge” Amber grabbed the penis in her hand it was a strange feeling.
Jason looked down at his body he was wearing a wedding dress, his hair was long and he had.
“Boobs! I have boobs why am I the woman!” Said Jason as he cupped his breasts.
There was then a knock at the door.
“Come on you love birds, there is plenty of time for that later your guests are waiting” said a wedding guest
Amber and Jason had invented a machine which they believed could place their minds into other people’s bodies. They had chosen a couple who lived down their street but the machine had a fault and accidentally launched their minds into Jake and Stacey’s bodies instead.
“Shit, this is bad we need to get back home now!”
As they left the room, they were immediately swamped by wedding guests. Before they knew it, they were being pulled onto the dance floor for “Jake and Stacey’s” first dance as a married couple. As they moved awkwardly together, they decided the best thing to do was just go along with it.
People came up to them all night, offering congratulations and handing them gifts, all while the two friends struggled to adjust to their new bodies.
Now in the car, with Just Married written across the back windscreen, they drove off together. They had told the guests they were heading on their honeymoon, but in reality, they were going home.
As they drove, they discussed the new bodies they were in. Jason complained about how much his feet hurt and questioned why women wore high heels. Amber, meanwhile, complained about the male body in general. She went from top to bottom, listing everything she hated about being a man.
After a small argument and about an hour of driving, they arrived home. Using their spare key, they entered the house.
Their real bodies sat slumped in the chairs, helmets and VR goggles still on their heads, eyes glassy and unmoving.
“Are we dead?!” shouted Amber but they weren’t.
The machine they had built was damaged, and Jason wasn’t sure how to fix it. He removed the helmet and VR goggles and fell to the floor, staring down at the wedding dress he was still wearing, unsure what to do. Amber began to cry.
What were they going to do?
