Imagine breaking up with your partner only to wake up in their body. Jason and his ex-girlfriend Chelsea had awoken to that horror a month ago and had been forced to live together ever since, as Chelsea did not trust Jason alone with her body.
Arguments were constant as the ex-couple struggled to live as each other. Jason complained about Chelsea’s demands for him to close his eyes while showering in her body, but he always looked anyway. Meanwhile, Jason was angry that Chelsea had completely ignored his workout routine while living in his body.
So far, the ex-couple had achieved very little as each other except making each other even more miserable.
They had both neglected each other’s jobs and were on the verge of being fired when Jason begged Chelsea to just let him get on with being her. He didn’t want their constant arguing to ruin each other’s lives, and eventually Chelsea agreed.
The truce lasted three hours and twenty-seven minutes before Jason threatened to cut off Chelsea’s hair, while she threatened to cut something else off his body, leaving his eyes watering.
After arguing even more, they suddenly kissed each other and fell onto the bed.
“Well… that was different,” said Jason, lying there slightly sweaty in Chelsea’s body.
“It was something,” Chelsea replied. “Where did that even come from?”
Jason agreed. They had done nothing but argue and upset each other for weeks, but maybe all that anger had really been a different kind of tension building between them all along.
